Portal Access Request

In order to access the payment portal, you will need to provide specific identifying information. Please have ready the following information:

  • 1. Your Name and Email Address - Enter the email address where you currently receive GBVI invoices.
  • 2. Your Customer Number - To locate your customer please see a recent invoice provided by GBVI (e.g., a Water & Sewage invoice)
  • 3. A recent Invoice Number associated to your Customer Number - Any invoice number provided within the last twelve months.
